My career started at the very bottom — as an operations intern at one of the world's largest mobility platforms. Over the years, I worked my way up through marketing operations, strategy & governance, data analytics, and eventually to Operations Manager, leading cross-functional teams across Latin America. Along the way, I evaluated and implemented dozens of productivity tools to keep my teams aligned and efficient.
The problem I kept encountering was that most tool reviews online are surface-level. They list features and pricing but rarely address the operational reality: How does this tool perform when you are managing a portfolio of 50+ projects? Does the automation actually save time, or does it create more complexity? Can your team adopt it without a two-week onboarding process?
I also believe that productivity is not about doing more — it is about being intentional with your time, your tools, and your decisions. That philosophy is what drives this site. Every review is structured around eight standardized categories, tested with real workflows, and scored based on measurable outcomes.

I have studied at Ohio University in the United States through LAIOB (Latin America Institute of Business), and have lived and worked across five countries: the United States, Canada, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.
